What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to oncology and telemetry patients in a 36-bed unit
• Monitor and interpret telemetry and vital signs using advanced equipment (GE telemetry system, bladder scanners, PCA pumps)
• Administer medications, including chemotherapy and blood products, following protocols
• Manage invasive devices such as IV lines, PICC lines, ports, chest tubes, and surgical drains
• Assist with patient assessments, including ABGs, respiratory support (CPAP, BIPAP, HFNC), and airway management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and high standards of infection prevention and fall prevention
• Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid RN license in Ohio
  • BCLS, ACLS, NIH certifications
  • 2+ years of high-acuity or oncology nursing experience
  • Expertise in dysrhythmia interpretation, IV management, and invasive device care
• Preferred:
  • Oncology experience (not required)
  • Experience with chemotherapy administration and monitoring
  • Skills in wound care, arterial line management, and non-invasive airway management
