Junior Contracts Coordinator

Junior Contracts Coordinator $20.00 per hour | Full-Time Contract Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week | Onsite in Kennesaw, GA Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in contracts or procurement? We are seeking a Junior Contracts Coordinator to support contract administration for a client in Kennesaw. This position is a good opportunity to build professional experience in contracts, purchasing, compliance, or business operations. What You’ll Do Review contracts and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy Enter and update contract information in internal systems Track contract approvals, expiration dates, renewals, and requested revisions Follow up with departments to obtain missing information and documentation Maintain organized electronic contract files and records Prepare routine reports and contract status updates Assist internal departments with basic contract-process questions Provide administrative support throughout the contract lifecycle What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, economics, finance, accounting, legal studies, or a related field required 1-2 years of administrative, purchasing, procurement, legal-support, document-control, or contract-support experience preferred Internships, campus employment, and relevant college-based experience may be considered Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to learn contract terminology, procedures, and tracking systems Ability to work onsite in Kennesaw Monday through Friday Compensation and Schedule $20.00 per hour Full-time contract position Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week Onsite in Kennesaw, Georgia A successful candidate will be required to complete a credit check as part of the pre-employment screening process.
