Description:

As a Delivery Leader, you'll be responsible for delivering value and outcomes. Delivery leaders are expected to have an end-to-end vantage point on delivery, manage dependencies, remove blockers, engage stakeholders, manage financials, maximize vendor relationships, and enable an iterative delivery of value. You will need to keep pace with software delivery and organizational change methods and tools. Delivery leaders should also understand relevant Financial and Agile/Lean/DevOps tools and techniques. We need seasoned, hard-working delivery leaders to expertly guide our development to on-time completions in support of the strategic plan.

Work Details And Specific Skills Include:

• Pet is a complete business so experience working across business units is critical. Our projects enable the strategic plan, and directly impact Pet and the NF bottom line.
• Time management is critical to ensure all work completes when targeted. We're managing a transformational program as well as other business critical projects.
• Experience with insurance, particularly the Pet insurance business is important. Strong Executive-level communications are important.
• Must be able to work across agile lines to complete complex business outcomes.
• Scope control to ensure timelines can be achieved. Issue and Risk Management / Escalation.
• Strong dependency management and end to end schedule development. Strong financial management and forecasting accuracy.
• Experience with Insurance systems, salesforce, portals, APIs and web front-ends – all helpful.
• Will deliver multiple work items at a time. Time management is essential.
• Work from anywhere supported. We align our workday to the Pacific Time Zone.
