Residential Services Manager

Overview This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the residential services provided by our organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our programmes are delivered effectively, meeting the needs of our clients while also adhering to regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of residential services, ensuring high-quality care and support for residents. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery. Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a positive working environment. Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders to maintain compliance with regulations. Monitor and evaluate service effectiveness, making improvements where necessary. Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial accountability. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within a residential or similar setting. Strong understanding of care regulations and best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Relevant qualifications in health and social care or related fields. Nice to Have Experience with budget management and resource allocation. Knowledge of person-centred care approaches.
