About the Role

Bodenvy is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant with a proven background in luxury, high-ticket, and consultative sales to join our Summit team.

This is a client-facing sales position for someone who understands that selling a premium service is about much more than completing a transaction. You know how to create an exceptional experience, establish trust, uncover what matters most to the client, communicate value, and confidently guide them toward a purchasing decision.

The ideal candidate has experience selling high-ticket products or services in a luxury, medical aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, automotive, real estate, or other premium sales environment . You are comfortable discussing significant financial investments, presenting financing options, overcoming objections, and closing sales.

Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

• Conduct 4–6 personalized sales consultations per day .

• Create a polished, welcoming, and elevated client experience from the initial consultation through the sale.

• Build genuine rapport and quickly establish trust with high-value clients.

• Ask thoughtful questions and actively listen to understand each client's goals, concerns, and expectations.

• Present customized Bodenvy treatment plans and clearly communicate their value.

• Confidently present pricing, financing, and payment options.

• Handle objections with professionalism and guide clients toward a purchasing decision.

• Consistently ask for the sale and close opportunities both same-day and through strategic follow-up .

• Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients who do not purchase during their initial consultation.

• Meet or exceed individual sales, revenue, and conversion goals.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client and sales records.

• Partner with technicians and management to provide a seamless, elevated client experience.

• Assist with front-desk operations when needed, including answering phones, greeting clients, helping clients begin treatments, laundry, and maintaining a clean and professional environment.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, sales protocols, and client experience standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

What We're Looking For

Required

• 3+ years of successful sales experience , preferably in luxury, premium, or high-ticket sales.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals .

• Experience selling products or services requiring a significant financial investment.

• Strong consultative selling and closing skills .

• Experience with same-day closes and overcoming sales objections.

• Experience presenting financing and third-party lender options .

• Ability to conduct multiple sales consultations in a high-volume environment.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong phone and follow-up skills.

• Professional appearance and polished communication style.

• High attention to detail and follow-through.

• Ability to create a personalized experience while confidently driving toward a sale.

Bilingual Preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
