We ensure a positive work environment by investing in our team members and treating them like family, offering competitive pay, and providing great perks and benefits!THE CHIMNEY TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FORYou must be able to work Monday through Friday, either from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and meet the following:Valid driver's licenseExcellent work ethic, reliability, and commitment to giving your bestComfort working at heights and outdoors in various types of weatherAbility to lift and carry 80+ lbs.Ability to work overtime during the peak season as neededAbility to serve homes throughout Fairfield and New Haven CountiesClear communication skills and a customer service mindsetPreferred Qualifications2+ years of construction or related hands-on experienceSales experienceWHAT WE DOTotal Chimney Care is committed to providing unparalleled service to the chimneys of Fairfield and New Haven counties in Connecticut. We do this by offering the most diverse products and services in the chimney and fireplace industry.WHAT YOU'LL DOOur Chimney Technician is responsible for:Traveling to customers' homes throughout the area and providing professional customer serviceInspecting, diagnosing, cleaning, and maintaining chimneys, fireplaces, and dryer ventsRepairing chimneys and completing some masonry work as neededAccurately installing new components, including chase coversExplaining service options to customers and recommending additional upgrades/services when appropriateSafely working on rooftops, ladders, and elevated surfacesThink you have what it takes?
