EmpowerHome Team is expanding and looking for a motivated Real Estate Listing Agent who is ready to grow their production, win more listings, and build a successful long-term career.
We’re seeking a confident, persuasive, and results-driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, asking for the business, and turning seller opportunities into signed listing agreements.

Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:Meet with qualified home sellers for listing consultations and presentations
- Understand seller goals and recommend tailored pricing, marketing, and selling strategies
- Confidently present your value and ask for the business
- Convert qualified seller appointments into signed listing agreements
- Manage client relationships and transactions from listing appointment through closing
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up using CRM systems and proven sales workflows
- Host open houses and engage prospective buyers and sellers
- Keep your CRM, calendar, appointments, and sales pipeline organized and up to date
- Deliver an exceptional seller experience that drives referrals and repeat business
- Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and team meetings to continuously improve your skills and production
- Active Georgia Real Estate License required
- Full-time commitment to a real estate sales career
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Confident using CRM systems, real estate technology, and digital sales tools
- Highly organized with strong follow-up, time-management, and pipeline management skills
- Coachable, accountable, motivated, and results-driven
- Positive, solutions-focused, and committed to continuous professional growth
- Strong work ethic and dedication to delivering an exceptional client experience
