Bilingual (Spanish) Required

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly organized Assistant Property Manager-Bilingual (Spanish) to support an apartment community in Charlotte, NC 28210 . This role is ideal for someone who excels in operations, financial management, resident relations, and team building.

·        Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations

·        Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations

·        Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and community standards

·        Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation

·        Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals

·        Address resident concerns with professionalism and urgency

·        Previous Assistant Property Manager experience required

·        Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

·        Ability to manage resident needs effectively

·        Knowledge of property management software preferred

·        Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

·        Professional demeanor and strong problem‑solving abilities

·        Candidate must be bilingual for this property and have Appfolio experience.
