Chef de Partie - Historic Lodge Culinary Lead

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a Chef de Partie at their location in Williamsburg, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of culinary experience, preferably in a supervisory role, to help implement menus and ensure quality food preparation. This role includes essential functions such as food production, sanitation, safety, communication, team collaboration, and financial responsibility. A Culinary Degree is preferred, along with a thorough knowledge of American regional cuisine.
