The Senior Proposal Manager serves as the proposal management team lead and independently directs the proposal management team in developing the processes, methodologies, and guidelines needed to deliver consistent, high-quality support across the full lifecycle of research grants and contracts. This role oversees end-to-end proposal and award execution, including budget management, policy compliance, project monitoring, and timeline coordination, while also contributing to long-range strategic planning for the Department of the Vice President for Research and Partnerships.
