Key Responsibilities\n

As the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms, ensuring all necessary information is captured to inform treatment plans.

• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that align with the clients' unique needs, therapeutic goals, and preferences.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other applicable therapeutic techniques, to facilitate successful outcomes.

• Educating clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices, to empower them throughout the therapeutic process.

• Monitoring client progress meticulously, ensuring treatment strategies are adjusted based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, addressing the holistic needs of each client.

• Staying informed about emerging research and advancements in mood disorder treatment, contributing to the continuous improvement of your practice methodologies.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to protect client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients facing challenges related to relationship dynamics, including divorce and family conflicts. Your expertise will be vital in navigating these sensitive issues, assisting individuals and families through their hardships and fostering a supportive environment conducive to meaningful dialogue and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000–100,000 , commensurate with qualifications and experience.
