Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Implement therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and families on communication strategies and techniques. Experience/Qualifications State licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field. Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders. Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare setting. Excellent collaboration skills with healthcare professionals. What's in it for you?
