We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled  Food Service Director to join our team.

Job Description:
As the Food Service Director, you will oversee all food service operations and ensure that nutritious and appetizing meals are provided to our residents, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for managing a team of dietary staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining budgets while promoting a high standard of dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the food service department, ensuring timely and nutritious meal preparation and delivery.

• Supervise, train, and motivate food service staff to maintain high performance.

• Develop menus that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of our residents while adhering to dietary guidelines.

• Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are followed.

• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and budgeting to ensure cost efficiency.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to accommodate special dietary needs.

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to food services.

Qualifications:

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of nutrition and dietary guidelines in a healthcare setting.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for providing excellent service and enhancing the dining experience for residents.
