Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapy sessions with couples, utilizing evidence-based approaches to address relationship dynamics and family issues.

• Providing individual therapy sessions to each partner to ensure all perspectives are acknowledged and supported.

• Specializing in treating issues encompassing substance abuse, emotional and psychological trauma, grief, and family conflicts.

• Facilitating a safe space for clients to express their feelings, navigate life's challenges, and work towards emotional healing.

• Developing personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress.

• Collaborating with community resources and support networks to ensure a holistic approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes couples facing premarital challenges, individuals dealing with grief or trauma, and families navigating complex dynamics such as blended family issues or conflict resolution. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
