We’re on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Turf and Plant Care Director to lead and grow our fertilization service line. If you’re a self-starter with a strong knowledge of fertilization and treatment plans, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Be Doing Developing and implementing effective fertilization and treatment plans. Managing client sales and providing outstanding support to meet their landscaping needs. Leading and organizing the fertilization team, delegating tasks efficiently. Driving the growth of our fertilization service line with innovative ideas and strategies. Ensuring compliance with licensing and DOT medical card requirements. Collaborating with the broader team to maintain a positive and productive work environment. What We’re Looking For At least 3 years of experience in fertilization or a related field. A strong understanding of fertilization techniques, treatment plans, and industry best practices. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. A self-starter attitude with a passion for growing and improving services. Strong communication and delegation skills to lead and inspire your team. A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
