- Taking orders & delivering food & handcrafted cocktails.
- Helping guests with menu recommendations & cocktail selections.
- Providing exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities of a Bartender:
- Providing drink recommendations & additional information.
- Upselling additional products when appropriate.
- Ability to prepare handcrafted cocktails.
- Checking ID's to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages.
- Taking orders using software, order slips, or by memorization.
- Communicating order details to the kitchen staff.
- Delivering food & beverages in a timely fashion.
- Delivering checks & collecting bill payments.
- Cleaning & maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware.
- Providing exceptional customer experience.
- Must have prior experience as both a server and as a bartender.
- Must showcase teamwork & communication skills.
- Must be able to handle money transactions responsibly.
- Must be able to multitask & act quickly.
- Must be flexible & ready to work in shifts.
- Must carry at least a high school diploma.
- Must have Texas Food Handler's Certificate from
- Must have TABC Certificate from
