Salesforce DeveloperThe Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom solutions within the Salesforce platform. The person in this role will work with business stakeholders and other IT staff to understand system needs and will design and implement quality solutions to meet business objectives.Reports To: Software Development ManagerGeneral Responsibilities:The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions within the Salesforce platform. They will also be responsible for researching platform issues.Responsibilities and expectations for this position includes:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and validate business requirementsDesign, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Salesforce platformCreating and adhering to project timelinesApplication testingMaintain documentation and ensure all processes are well-documented and organizedTroubleshooting and resolving platform issuesParticipate in release and change management planning and deploymentEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policiesParticipate in end-user training for custom solutionsQualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.Work Experience: 3 to 4 years' experience in a Salesforce Developer role. Equivalent work experience in a related role may be considered.Skills/Competencies:Focus The ability to remain focused on priority tasks, despite distractions, is required.
