Enterprise/Global AP Manager

Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Accounts Payable function within a high-volume, multi-currency environment. Ensure the integrity of SAP and other ERP systems, maintaining accurate vendor master data, tax compliance, and reporting through tools such as Power BI. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, develop key performance metrics, and optimize workflows across more than 40 business units. Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations to strengthen payables policies, internal controls, and operational efficiencies. Lead Accounts Payable integration efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, ERP enhancements, and other business transformation initiatives. Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing Accounts Payable team through effective coaching, performance management, and clear goal setting. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring timely and accurate execution of all Accounts Payable activities. Required: Recent experience within a multi-billion-dollar organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline required. Minimum of five years of progressive Accounts Payable leadership experience. Demonstrated success managing teams of five or more direct reports within complex, multi-entity organizations. Prior experience within a multi-billion-dollar organization is required. Strong proficiency with SAP and other enterprise ERP systems, including reporting tools and multi-currency Accounts Payable processes. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence. Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Formal project management experience is preferred.
