Discovery Clerk (Litigation)

Position Overview We are seeking a Discovery Clerk to support our Litigation Department. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1–3 years of litigation or employment law experience, as well as entry-level candidates looking to grow in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities Assist with drafting, propounding, and responding to discovery requests Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and supporting documentation Calendar deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit and binder organization Manage case materials and documentation within Filevine Communicate with internal teams and assist with case coordination Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys as needed Requirements 1-3 years of experience in discovery, litigation support, or a related legal role preferred Experience handling discovery in personal injury, employment law, or other litigation practice areas preferred Entry-level candidates with strong organizational and writing skills are encouraged to apply Basic understanding of the California Code of Civil Procedure preferred Familiarity with Filevine or similar case management systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills This position is fully on-site; remote or hybrid work is not available Hourly Range: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour (DOE) West Coast Trial Lawyers offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with employer contributions, paid time off, sick leave, and holidays, along with firm-sponsored team lunches. #J-18808-Ljbffr WEST COAST TRIAL LAWYERS APLC
