Pay & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $275,000 $360,000 annually, based on experience
• Additional Compensation: $50,000 first-year bonus guarantee

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert neonatal intensive care in a Level-III NICU with an average daily census of 26 patients
• Manage advanced neonatal therapies including High Frequency Ventilation, Inhaled Nitric Oxide, and Total Body Cooling
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners
• Participate in patient care coverage, including potential call and weekend shifts
• Engage with a community that values quality of life and professional growth

What You Need:

• Active medical license in Kansas (or eligibility)
• BC/BE in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
