Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Commercial Insurance Account Manager Position Description This is is a fully and permanently remote position. Candidates can reside anywhere on the East Coast but must have a New York State Property and Casualty License and be familiar with the down-state New York commercial insurance marketplace. Regional brokerage / insurance agency looking for an experienced commercial account manager. They provide a full range of insurance coverage and benefits programs offered by more than 30 national carriers. Responsibilities:
- Increasing current coverage or adding new coverage to the firm's existing book of business.
- Marketing new and renewal business
- Positive consistent interaction with clients and markets
- Prepare renewal and new business applications & proposals
- Identify exposure and recommend appropriate solutions
- Remarket existing business and negotiate with underwriters
- Provide day to day client service
