• 24-hour in-house coverage -- 4 - 6 shifts per month
• 15 - 16 patients per shift
• Level IIIB NICU setting
• Rounding with residents each morning
• NRP certification required
• Resuscitations, deliveries, and consults for babies >28 weeks
• Call room available on site; hotel provided for off days
