• 24-hour in-house shifts -- 4 - 6 shifts per month
• 15 - 16 patients per shift
• Level IIIB NICU
• Transport RNs skilled with lines, ultrasound-guided IVs, and intubations
• Resuscitations, deliveries, rounding, and line placement required
• Consults for babies >28 weeks gestation
• Ongoing coverage opportunity
• NRP certification required
