Location: Harrisburg PA. This is an on-site opportunity offering close collaboration with attorneys and clients from the firms Harrisburg office.

Note: Candidates must be actively licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and have 3 years of complex commercial litigation experience. New Jersey admission and trial or first-chair experience are preferred but not required.

Job Description

• Manage and support complex commercial litigation matters from initial strategy through resolution.
• Draft pleadings motions briefs discovery requests and other substantive legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop persuasive written and oral arguments.
• Participate in depositions hearings conferences and trial preparation.
• Analyze complex factual and legal issues and help develop effective case strategies.
• Communicate directly with clients opposing counsel courts and internal legal teams.
• Work closely with experienced litigators while building greater ownership of matters and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license required.
• 3 years of complex commercial litigation experience required.
• Strong legal research analytical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Trial or first-chair experience preferred but not required.
• New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
