Job Description

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure all objectives are met.
• Work closely with project managers to prepare and track project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and external partners.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any project-related concerns.
• Support the project team in resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

• 2+ years in APM position
• A strong understanding of construction processes, particularly in pharmaceutical and biotechnology projects.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple project tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset for addressing challenges.
