About Our Client

Our client is a family-oriented construction management firm based in Allston, MA, with over 100 employees and annual revenue between $100M and $150M. With 80% of their work coming from repeat clients, they are a trusted partner for prominent institutions such as Mass General, Boston Children's Hospital, and Boston University. Specializing in healthcare, life science, and academic construction, they deliver projects ranging from renovations to new builds, typically valued between $5M and $35M. The company is deeply passionate about the work they do, especially in environments like hospitals, where construction impacts patients and staff. Known for their strong community involvement, they support organizations such as The Jimmy Fund and the Alzheimer's Association.

Job Description

Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Conduct site visits and support field teams to resolve challenges in real-time.
Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Experience : 4+ years in construction, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or academic projects.
Project Types : Renovations and buildouts valued at $5M-$35M.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Procore and MS Office.
Personality : Organized, professional, and detail-oriented.
Location : Commutable to Boston.

What's on Offer
