Manufacturing Technician

Job Title

Pay Range: $15.00hr - $20.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience or Associate's Degree in Electronics.
• Ability to follow written technical procedures.
• Basic understanding of Electronics Theory.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings at a basic level.
• Basic level of troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Fluency in the use of power supplies (Low/High Voltage up to 1000V).
• Fluency in the use of Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, Frequency Generators, and Variable Resistive Loads.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in Windows 11, Windows 10, XP, and Windows 2000.
• Basic ability to run and understand software scripts.
• Experience with SAP and general computer skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and identify components.
• Skills in wire preparation, stripping, and crimping.
• Skills in harness repair and termination.
• Proficiency with pertinent manual hand tools.
• Maintenance of skills in electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies.
• Experience with automated machine operation and programming.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work on weekends on rare occasions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform technical duties in functional areas including electronic, mechanical, or systems.
• Complete tests, measurements, operations, and process controls.
• Perform technical duties on functional work group projects.
• Employ test techniques and procedures for key cell projects.
• Use job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers, and bills of material.
• Maintain production tools and equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose product, process, or program defects and repair them.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
• Due to nature of job The candidate must have Ability to manually lift 40 lbs.
