This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining regulatory compliance, and managing warehouse resources while fostering a safe and productive work environment.How you create impactLead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes while maintaining operational excellence.Monitor warehouse management system transactions and inventory control programs to achieve and sustain best-in-class inventory accuracy.Ensure compliance with C-TPAT, QSHE, security, safety, and customer-specific standards, policies, and procedures.Manage warehouse facilities, equipment, consumables, and staffing resources to support operational and customer requirements.Develop, coach, and lead warehouse teams through training, performance management, employee development, and daily operational meetings.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, analyze operational data and KPIs, and implement process enhancements to increase productivity and service quality.Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues, support financial objectives, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
