Positions Available 1 Entry‑level General Maintenance Engineer (overnight availability is required) 1 Mid‑Level General Maintenance Engineer Job Description The General Maintenance Engineer is primarily responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the property, including guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and back‑of‑house facilities. Responsibilities include routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repairs of building systems and equipment. Duties range from preventative maintenance and repairs to more advanced work involving mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen, laundry, and other facility equipment. The General Maintenance Engineer helps ensure a safe, functional, and well‑maintained environment for guests and team members. This position regularly interacts with guests and must maintain a professional, courteous, and service‑oriented demeanor, as these interactions directly impact the overall guest experience. Must have availability for AM, PM, and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. Salary Starting hourly rate is $25.00 to $33 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
