Marketing Communications Associate

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing Communications Assistant to support marketing campaigns, brand communications, content, and customer-facing initiatives.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to help coordinate communications across campaigns, prepare marketing materials, support digital content, and maintain consistent brand messaging. You’ll contribute to a variety of projects designed to strengthen brand awareness and keep customers informed and engaged.

What You’ll Do

• Support the development and execution of marketing communications initiatives
• Assist with marketing campaigns and brand awareness activities
• Prepare and organize customer-facing marketing materials
• Support social media content creation and campaign updates
• Assist with email marketing and digital communications
• Draft and edit routine marketing copy, announcements, and promotional content
• Maintain marketing calendars and communication schedules
• Coordinate branded materials for current campaigns
• Assist with content planning across different marketing channels
• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research
• Gather customer insights and organize feedback for the marketing team
• Help maintain consistent brand messaging across communications
• Review marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency
• Track campaign activity and basic engagement metrics
• Maintain organized marketing assets, content files, and campaign documentation
• Support local marketing initiatives and select brand activities
• Coordinate with internal teams on upcoming campaigns and communications
• Contribute ideas for content, messaging, and customer engagement

Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media, advertising, content, public relations, retail, hospitality, or another related environment is helpful but not required.

A degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred but not required.
