We're seeking an Insurance Sales Rep to help individuals and families protect what matters most while contributing to our agency's continued growth. This hybrid position offers bonus opportunities, licensing assistance, and a clear path into leadership or even future agency ownership.
- First-Year Earnings: $45,000-$65,000

Responsibilities- Generate new business while providing exceptional service to existing clients
- Identify and qualify leads from multiple sources
- Recommend insurance solutions based on each client's unique needs
- Educate clients on coverage options and risk protection
- Build long-term relationships through outstanding customer service
- Represent the agency professionally in every client interaction
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Consultative sales and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Willingness to obtain the required insurance license with agency support
