Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Culture:Hire, train, and mentor a team, fostering a supportive environment Operational Excellence:Direct day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring peak efficiency, food safety compliance and adherence to our recipe standards Continuous Improvement:Bring a natural curiosity to kitchen operations Financial Management:Drive food cost controls, labor optimization, inventory management, and waste reduction to achieve financial goals. What We’re Looking For Experience:Minimum of 3 years of Executive Chef or High-Volume Kitchen Manager experience in a full-service, high-volume concept. BBQ Knowledge:Professional BBQ experience is desired, but it is not required. Kindness & Integrity:A collaborative leader who sets high standards, treats the team with empathy and respect, and operates with complete honesty. Curiosity & Grit:The continuous desire to learn and innovate, paired with the resilience, drive, and adaptability needed to lead a demanding, high-volume kitchen.
