Marketing Coordinator

Freese and Nichols is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in our Austin, San Marcos, San Antonio, or Corpus Christi office. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the firm’s growth by helping manage high-quality and sometime complex pursuits, coordinating proposal and shortlist development, maintaining marketing information, and partnering with technical teams to strengthen positioning for upcoming opportunities.What You’ll Do:Manage multiple pursuits at the same time, including letters of interest, requests for proposals, requests for qualifications, and shortlist materials/efforts. This could include complex and key pursuitsGather information, draft content, edit responses, and help produce tailored pursuit deliverablesCoordinate layouts, presentations, statements of qualifications, and other supporting materials for submissions from start to finishMaintain pursuit schedules and organize priorities to meet deadlines across shifting workloadsPartner with technical teams and internal stakeholders to develop strong, accurate, client-focused contentUpdate project, staff, and company information in the CRM and support clean data practices throughout the pursuit lifecycleIdentify opportunities to improve marketing processes, tools, and workflowMentor less experienced marketing coordinators and support team collaboration across pursuitsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, advertising/public relations, marketing, or equivalent experience6+ years of experience in communications, marketing, editing, or a related fieldExperience managing multiple deadlines and priorities with limited supervisionStrong writing, editing, and document coordination skillsAbility to collaborate with technical professionals and produce high-quality deliverablesPreferredExperience in the architectural or engineering industryExperience preparing qualifications-based proposals (RFQs, RFPs, SOQs)Experience using a CRM or marketing databaseExperience using Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesignAbout Freese and NicholsAt the heart of our culture is our LEADS values ( L earn continuously, E ngage as family, A ct with integrity, D eliver quality, and S erve always).
