Sobre la posición: Empresa reconocida en la industria de servicio al cliente/retail busca un(a) HR Generalist para apoyar procesos clave de Recursos Humanos, incluyendo reclutamiento, beneficios y orientación a empleados. Posición ideal para una persona organizada, con buena comunicación y experiencia práctica en operaciones de RRHH. Responsabilidades principales: Administrar el proceso de reclutamiento: entrevistas iniciales, coordinación y verificación de documentos Gestionar transacciones en sistemas HRIS (contrataciones, terminaciones, transferencias, ascensos, reportes) Realizar verificación de empleo (I-9/E-Verify) y validación de antecedentes Administrar licencias de ley (FMLA, maternidad, militar, funeral, entre otras) Apoyar la administración de beneficios (plan médico, seguro de vida) y coordinación con broker Interpretar y explicar políticas, procedimientos y reglamentos de RRHH a los empleados Referir asuntos de relaciones laborales al Human Resources Business Partner correspondiente Apoyar proyectos especiales del departamento de RRHH según sea necesario Bachillerato en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales o campo relacionado (preferible) 4+ años de experiencia en funciones de Recursos Humanos Experiencia con sistemas HRIS y de Talent Management Excelentes destrezas de comunicación oral y escrita Pensamiento crítico y capacidad de organización y priorización Plan médico con aportación patronal, efectivo el primer mes de empleo 15 días de vacaciones y 12 días de licencia por enfermedad anuales Bono de Navidad y bono anual de compensación relacionado a resultados financieros 10 días feriados pagados y 2 días personales Educación continua y descuentos exclusivos para empleados #J-18808-Ljbffr JSR Services
