This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a vital role in connecting people with the legal support they need. Responsibilities: Conduct initial client intake interviews, gathering and documenting case information accurately Evaluate and screen potential new clients to determine case eligibility and fit Manage and track incoming leads through the firm's case management system (CRM) Communicate clearly with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person consultations Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to schedule consultations and follow-up appointments Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with professionalism Follow up with prospective clients to guide them through the onboarding process Requirements: Prior experience in a legal intake, customer service, or client-facing role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously Proficiency with legal CRM software or case management systems is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred given the South Florida market Empathetic, professional demeanor with a client-first mindset High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred About Us: Vargas Gonzalez Delombard LLP is a respected law firm based in Coral Gables, FL, known for its unwavering commitment to client advocacy and delivering results.
