The team is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and financial reporting across the organization. By turning financial data into clear insights, FP&A helps leaders understand performance, identify opportunities, manage risks, and make decisions that support the bank’s goals.This role oversees a team of Business Finance professional roles that provide strategic financial analysis, insights, decision support and/or reporting results and/or provide guidance and advice to various internal and external stakeholders.
