CONSUMER LOAN CLOSER (FUNDER)

: UNCLE Credit Union is seeking a Consume Loan Closer to join its growing team. This position reports to the VP, Consumer Lending in our Livermore, CA headquarters office. The Consumer Loan Closer functions include assisting internal staff and external members with loan processing status questions, processing loan documents for consumer loans and funding of consumer loans. Duties include: Monitoring of consumer lending pipelines and queues to ensure loans are processed, closing documents are prepared, and loans are funded in a timely manner and in compliance with Regulations Monitor CUDL queue for Indirect Auto applications to ensure all documents have been received and are complete Process GAP transactions and handle escalated funding issues Experience and Education High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent. AA degree preferred. Requires minimum 2 years of related experience in consumer lending with strong understanding of documentation, funding processes and queue management. Strong knowledge of DMV paperwork Compensation: Base starting range: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour commensurate with experience.
