Director of Quality Assurance — Chemical Manufacturing Leader

Talently is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to lead and sustain robust quality systems on-site at our Saint Louis manufacturing site. You will shape quality strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement to protect product safety and customer satisfaction.
This leadership role oversees QA/QC, audits, CAPA, and laboratory operations across manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve processes using SPC.
