Benefits 401(k) Employee discounts Paid time off Responsibilities Assist the podiatrist with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments Prepare and room patients, recording vital signs and medical histories Sterilize and maintain medical instruments and exam room supplies Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate referrals Handle patient check-in/check-out and verify insurance information Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) Communicate with patients regarding follow-up care and instructions Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA) preferred Prior experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred Familiarity with podiatry or specialty medical practice is a plus Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply About Us Mina Abadeer DPM PC is a trusted podiatry practice serving the Hackensack, NJ community with expert foot and ankle care.
