Locum Tenens Opportunity

Job Responsibilities

• Work 2 to 3 weeks per month, with options for 4x10 or 5x8 schedules.
• Consider rotating schedules, including week on/off or 2 weeks on/off arrangements.
• Participate in weekend rounding; no on-call duties required.
• Focus exclusively on adult patients in an inpatient CVICU setting, with no outpatient responsibilities.
• Utilize your expertise in CVICU and cardiovascular critical care.
• Perform procedures such as chest tube placements, epicardial pacing wire removals, ECMO, LVAD, and Impella management.
• Engage with a high-acuity cardiothoracic surgery service featuring a diverse case mix.
• Commit to a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of extending up to 1 year.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in CVICU and cardiovascular critical care is essential.
• Proficiency in the specified procedures is required.

Working Conditions

• Weekend rounding is mandatory, but there are no call responsibilities.
