This role requires a visionary leader who can guide the Foundation in defining its programmatic and strategic priorities, activating its global network, and positioning the organization as a leader in the global citizenship space. The ideal candidate for the Executive Director position at the company is a strategic thinker and an execution-oriented leader, capable of leading a distributed, global team and community. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with partners, funders, and thought leaders, as well as strengthening internal systems, structures, and culture to support a more cohesive and scalable organization.
