Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for exploration and healing.

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address a range of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, medical stressors, and blended family dynamics.
\n
• Assessing client needs and developing tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and the individual goals of clients.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions that focus on effective communication, conflict resolution, and relationship enhancement.
\n
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
\n
• Engaging in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities as part of our commitment to your growth as a therapist.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will provide services to a diverse clientele, which includes adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be instrumental in creating effective therapeutic alliances. You will focus on family systems and dynamics, addressing issues from marital conflicts to parenting struggles, ensuring all family members' voices are heard and valued. 

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted licensing as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience post-graduation is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Flourish Counsel Connect offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, and generous paid parental leave.
