As the Analyst, HR Technology – Oracle, you'll take ownership of day-to-day core HR and compensation configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, working closely alongside our Oracle HCM lead.You'll partner with Compensation, Talent, IT and other stakeholders on configuration enhancements, testing, ticket resolution, and data validation. It's an opportunity to build deep platform expertise while helping ensure accurate data, reliable processes, and scalable HR operations as the business grows.QualificationsMinimum Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two or more (2+) years of related experience HR system configuration, interface, and reporting/analytics experience. Project management experience.Experience using Jira, ServiceNow HRSD and other similar project management and ticketing tools preferred.Advanced Excel skills preferred. Additional knowledge and skills:Technical working knowledge of HRIS systems software, protocols, and standards, specifically Oracle Cloud or similar platforms, including: Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (Core)Oracle Fusion Workforce CompensationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to understand HR business processes and identify how technology can support and optimize them. Skilled at documenting processes, procedures, requirements, test cases, and outcomes clearly and consistently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and consultative ability. Curiosity to research and stay current on emerging HR technology, industry trends and Oracle features and capabilities. Ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting. Flexibility to work non-standard hours and travel as needed; QA testing may occasionally require evening, weekend, or holiday availability. Performs other duties as assigned.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin or protected veteran status.ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Oracle Core HR and Compensation modules, identifying upstream and downstream impacts of proposed changes.Support the Oracle Lead with implementation activities, including requirements gathering, configuration support, testing, data validation, and documentation.Partner with Compensation, Talent, IT, and other cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Support regression testing, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and release readiness to ensure smooth, reliable system changes.Troubleshoot and resolve tickets related to Core HR, Compensation, data, security, and reporting.Prepare for and support Oracle release activities, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.Develop and maintain clear process documentation, including configuration notes, administrative procedures, and status updates on open requests, enhancements, and deliverables.Create training materials that support user adoption and understanding of system changes.Analyze business processes to recommend improvements and identify opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.Contribute to broader Oracle HCM roadmap initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.About the companyWith more than 225 locations worldwide, Signature Aviation is the largest global network of private aviation terminals, delivering safe, convenient, and elevated experiences to those we serve.
