EdD or PhD in a related field is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive experience in educational leadership roles, including a proven track record of driving educational excellence, student achievement, and innovative program development. Familiarity with the K-12 education landscape and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by urban education systems.Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire, motivate, and lead a diverse team of educators and support staff effectively. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, instruction, data analysis, and educational best practices.Strategic Vision: A forward-thinking, strategic mindset with the ability to set long-term educational goals and design comprehensive plans to achieve them.Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders, build relationships, and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
