Location 55 Old Bedford Road,Suite 201,Lincoln, MA, 01773,United States Base Pay $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 / Year Job Category Account Management, Project Coordination, Client Services Employee Type Full-Time Regular As an Account Coordinator , you will join our Agency Services team to help lead the tactical day-to-day activities to produce all direct and digital marketing campaigns for your accounts. Your Impact Update and distribute weekly status reports to internal team(s) and client(s). Assemble samples, past results, current strategies and other materials necessary for strategy development. Assemble campaign execution instructions (copy and design) for the internal creative team. Route campaign creative to client(s) and solicit/manage feedback. Reference the master production schedule to maintain campaign/project schedules in Adobe Workfront (THD/Moore’s project management platform). Assemble campaign details for the internal production team. Assist in preparation for annual budget development as needed. Assist with maintenance/trafficking of standard reports and files as needed. Review all print and Lettershop proofs, distribute to the internal team and client as necessary. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with client(s) and vendors. Perform other duties as required. Your Profile Minimum of 0-2 years marketing and/or communications experience preferred. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required. Highly organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize timelines, and deadline driven. Ability to collaborate with and maintain positive relationships with internal THD team(s) and external client team(s) and production partners Must be proficient in MS Office Suite. Demonstrate engagement and eagerness to learn. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Workfront preferred. Knowledge of database marketing/fundraising and account management preferred.
