Sales Support Specialist

LHH is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support a client in Thomasville! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 paying $50-55k depending on experience, offering full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, etc. Prior sales support/account management experience, preferably within manufacturing company is required to be eligible for this role.


Responsibilities:

• Support multiple Sales Reps. with managing the order process for client accounts from start to finish
  
• Receive new orders, enter into ERP and verify specifications
  
• Provide quotes based on parts needed
  
  
• Communicate with internal production, purchasing, inventory and logistics team to verify availability and estimated production completion date
  
• Provide client with order updates, inventory shortages, delayed lead times, etc.
  
• Offer replacement parts or issue refund/credit as needed
  
• Close PO out upon delivery to process for invoicing
  

Qualifications:

• Must have prior sales support/account management experience, preferably within a manufacturing company to be eligible for this role
  
• Prior experience with ERP/CRM required
  
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize
