Desired Qualifications:

• Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in School Psychology
• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience working in school settings, preferably K-12
• Strong skills in assessment, data interpretation, and report writing
• Ability to provide effective counseling and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative abilities
• Understanding of special education policies, best practices, and current interventions
• Flexibility, resourcefulness, and a student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to identify student needs and formulate supportive plans
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services
• Develop and monitor behavioral and academic intervention plans
• Support positive behavioral practices throughout the school environment
• Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with relevant regulations
