We offer a full suite of solutions, including artwork and file preparation, plate and cylinder production, and metal deco services, supported by advanced technology and a global footprint.Position SummaryServes as Project Manager for client specific packaging Print Quality Management (PQM) program. The purpose of this position is to provide daily support and overall management of the PQM process to meet the Client's needs. As a key facilitator within the process, you will communicate with printers, clients, and internal teams. Your primary responsibilities will be to respond to questions and effectively communicate PQM program rules, print specifications, website instructions and compliance requirements. This role also has a color and print quality evaluation component where you will be trained to conduct packaging evaluations using spectrophotometers and other measurement equipment. Results are measured against established brand standards. This role will also include data processing and project tracking by utilizing our PQM system. Assist the PQM Program Manager in the creation of client facing reports. You will also be one of the resources when issues or questions arise. You will work as part of a team where collaboration and team work are key to our effectiveness in servicing the business and delivering on our Client's expectations.Location SGX – St. Louis MO USAEssential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & ResultsExecute daily PQM program management activitiesPerform print quality evaluations utilizing color measurement equipment along with visual inspectionReview incoming tasks and input data into PQM systemsCommunicate program requirementsManage daily correspondence and respond to program related questionsData collection, processing and trackingPrepare reports as requestedAttend meetings per request of the Client or PQM Program ManagerCommunicate issues to ManagementEducational & Experience Minimum Requirements This position requires the following knowledge and skills:Minimum 2 year degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 2 years project management and customer service experience preferredExperience in the design, print or production art industry is a plusHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPointCompetency RequirementsExtremely detail orientedComfortable working both independently and a within a team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHandles stressful situations and deadline pressures wellAbility to complete work accurately and on timePlans and carries out responsibilities with minimal directionAbility to multitask and be flexible to changing prioritiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The U.S. pay range for this position is $39,271 USD - $48,048 USD annually.
