This role requires a deep understanding of customer segmentation and targeting, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international, high-growth environment to deliver results What You’ll Do:Define customer segments and size markets to decide where Formlabs should grow nextBuild the business case for how to win a segment, then own the execution and deliveryStructure analysis and build data-driven models that guide real decisionsPartner with senior leaders across the business to drive alignmentAbout You:3 to 10 years of experience in Strategy roles or on Strategy projects as a Management Consultant OR experience in scaling business from 1 to 10. Experience in industry research and customer segmentationExperience working with executive leaders and are willing to debate and push backAre able to structure analysis & build data-driven modelsHave a growth mindset. Your financial investment will grow with us in accordance to your impact.At Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization.The annual base pay range for this role is:$140,000—$200,000 USD
