Sales Manager, Mid-Market

Leading the Mid-Market segment, the full-time Sales Manager will own revenue performance, coach sales teams, and enhance pipeline generation processes while working remotely from New York City. Key responsibilities Own Mid-Market quota and revenue performance, ensuring accurate segment forecasts Recruit, onboard, and develop quota-carrying Mid-Market Account Executives, creating individual development plans Enhance pipeline generation standards and conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas needing attention Required qualifications Proven track record of leading sales teams to meet quota in a high-velocity environment Experience in identifying and developing strong sales talent in competitive markets Familiarity with pipeline generation and MEDDPICC qualification standards Ability to improve existing sales processes and reporting systems Readiness for leadership growth within 12 months, with a focus on operational excellence
